McGee Fugitive from Texas

Texas fugitive Billy McGee, 44, is escorted out of the jail on April 12, 2005 by Texas Officers. McGee was arrested by The McCracken County Sheriff's Officers on April 5th after fleeing Hardin County Texas where he shot at a police officer and eluded an extensive Texas manhunt.
A stolen vehicle that McGee drove to Kentucky was found by Paducah Police at US Highway 60 and I-24. McGee was arrested after the operators of a Paducah homeless shelter recognized him from media photos. Officers that transported McGee back to Texas are, Left to Right, Tommy Bartosh, Chief of Police Silsbee, Texas, Sgt. Mark Minton, Hardin County Sheriff's Office, McGee and Hardin County Sheriff Ed Cain.
