PPD Search for murder suspect

A murder warrent has been issued for 22 year old Quincy Bailey in connection
with the shooting death of 35 year old Billy Askew, Jr.


Askew was shot to death during the early morning hours of August 3rd at "The Set" an area know for drug activity. The area is about one half block from the jail. Police say Bailey is armed and believed
driving a black Ford Explorer.
