* November 3, 1999 - Deputy
jailer Tim Freeman and Cezar the jail's K-9 Team, have completed
a 40 hour instruction course on canine search and recover. Deputy
Freeman will now be able to instruct other K-9 teams in searching
for lost persons and escapees. The training classes were held
at Fairview, Tennessee from October 17th through 22nd by Canine
Search and Recovery, Inc. an international organization of search
