By calling 1-800-511-1670, information on an inmate in the state prison system or the County jail system can be obtained. The caller, after registering with VINE System, can be notified of an inmates release. The Vine Computer scans the jail computer every ten minutes.

Kentucky is the only state in the nation that has an elected jailer. Under Kentucky law, jailer has total rule and charge of the jail.

Assist The Chief Deputy of Operations in overseeing the Class D Program and supervises the county trash abatement program.

The jailer's administrative assistant. Provides oversight and formulation of jail budget.

Food Service

Oversees the serving of 1400 inmate meals daily. Supervises the kitchen staff and ClassD kitchen inmates.

Maintenance

Oversees maintenance at the jail and courthouse. Supervises the maintenance staff at both locations.

Provides mental health counseling, assessment and referral of inmates.

STAN DURRETT
DurrettChaplain

Bible studies are conducted each Tuesday evening by volunteers. Chaplain Durrett supervises and coordinates Bible study along with G.E.D., substance abuse clases, AA, and spouse abuse classes.
